                <p dir="rtl">قبولك لشروط واحكام التطبيق التالية فإنك تقر وتوافق، على صحة المعلومات التي تنشرها والمستخدم هو المسؤول عنها وعن صحتها ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن ذلك.

-اسم المستخدم 
١-يجب أن يكون اسم المستخدم اسم صحيح غير اسم ترويجي او اسم يدعو للتحريض او يمس عرض او عرق او ادیان.
٢-عدم إنشاء حسابات متعددة يجب ان يتم انشاء حساب واحد لكل مستخدم.
٣-قد تقوم إدارة التطبيق بإيقاف الحسابات مؤقتا بسبب مخالفة شروط الإستخدام وقد تطلب ادارة التطبيق وثائق من المستخدم المخالف في حال رفع شكوى على احدالمستخدمين.

-مخالفة الشروط وايقاف الحسابات للأبد 
١-يحق لإدارة التطبيق ايقاف الحسابات المخالفة للشروط لأكثر من مرة مدى الحياة.
٢-التعامل مع المحتوى المخالف يحق لإدارة التطبيق حذف اي محتوى مخالف يتم نشرة في التطبيق دون الرجوع الى المستخدم.
٣-استخدام المستخدم وثيقة عمل حر مزورة او مسروقة.
٤- انتحال الشخصيات او اسماء الشركات والترويج لها.
٥- محاولة المستخدم الاحتيال في التطبيق باي وسيلة تلاعب.
٦- تسبب المستخدم بأي ضرر على التطبيق او محاولة ارسال مستندات خبيثة او رسائل مزعجة.

-حقوق التأليف والنشر والملكية الفكرية للمحتوى الذي يتم نشرة عبر التطبيق 
١-لايوجد حقوق ملكية او تأليف او نشر على المشاريع والخدمات التي يتم نشرها في التطبيق, والمتضمنة في المراسلات بين المستخدمين او الملفات المرسلة او المنشورةفي التطبيق يحق للمستخدمين للتطبيق الإتفاق حول ذلك بطريقتهم الخاصة.

-التعاملات بين المستخدمين 
١-كل التعاملات بين المستخدمين لايوجد بها ضمان من خلال التطبيق التطبيق هو حلقة وصل بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة وعلى كل منهما الإعتماد على التقييمات وتعليقات المستخدمين. 

-قد نستخدم معلوماتك الشخصية في الأغراض التالية: 
١-إدارة التطبيق. 
٢-تمكين المستخدمين من استخدام الخدمات المتاحة على التطبيق بشكل ممتاز. 
٣-إرسال إشعارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني التي قمت بطلب إرسالها على وجه التحديد إليك. 
٤-التعامل مع الاستفسارات والشكاوى التي تقدمها أنت أو تقدم لنا بشأنك. 
٥-حماية التطبيق من الاحتيال والحفاظ على أمنه.
٦-التحقق من الامتثال للشروط والأحكام التي تحكم استخدام تطبيقنا الإلكتروني (بما في ذلك مراقبة الرسائل الخاصة المرسلة عبر خدمة الرسائل الخاصة بالتطبيق). 

-استخدامات أخرى
١-فيما يتعلق بأي إجراءات قانونية جارية أو محتملة. 
٢-من أجل إنشاء أو ممارسة أو الدفاع عن حقوقنا القانونية (بما في ذلك توفير معلومات للآخرين لأغراض منع الاحتيال والحد من مخاطر ذلك).
٣-أمن معلوماتك الشخصية نتعهد باتخاذ الاحتياطات التقنية والتنظيمية المعقولة لمنع فقدان معلوماتك الشخصية أو إساءة استخدامها أو تغييرها.

 3- The user&#039;s use of a forged or stolen free business document.
 4- Impersonating and promoting personalities or companies&#039; names.
 5- The user&#039;s attempt to defraud the application by any means of manipulation.
 6- The user caused any damage to the application or attempted to send malicious documents or annoying messages.

 -Copyright and intellectual property rights of the content that is published via the application
 1- There are no rights of ownership, authorship or publication on the projects and services that are published in the application, and which are included in the correspondence between users or files sent or published in the application. Users of the application have the right to agree on that in their own way.

 Transactions between users
 1- All transactions between users do not have a guarantee through the application. The application is a link between the customer and the service provider, and each of them has to rely on the evaluations and comments of the users.

 We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
 1- Application management.
 2- Enabling users to make excellent use of the services available on the application.
 3- Sending email notifications that you have specifically requested to be sent to you.
 4- Dealing with inquiries and complaints submitted by you or submitted to us about you.
 5-Protect the application from fraud and maintain its security.
 6- Verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our electronic application (including monitoring private messages sent through the application&#039;s messaging service).
